Unauthorised sale of company property

Mat Pi Stu­dio (TR0254143‑W) wish­es to bring to pub­lic atten­tion an unfor­tu­nate and unau­tho­rized trans­ac­tion involv­ing our busi­ness prop­er­ty. The inci­dent in ques­tion relates to two elec­tron­ic devices: a Dell Opti­plex 970 desk­top and a white Sony Vaio lap­top, which are cru­cial to our ongo­ing operations.

Summary of Incident:

On March 4, 2023, we were vis­it­ed by Aaron Sel­van and Ken­neth Rus­sell, acquain­tances known since our col­lege uni­ver­si­ty days. They expressed that they are in the busi­ness of buy­ing, sell­ing, and repair­ing com­put­ers. Based on this pro­fes­sion­al capac­i­ty, we informed them that we required their ser­vices to repair the afore­men­tioned elec­tron­ic devices. They agreed to do so with­out impos­ing or inform­ing us of any addi­tion­al conditions.

How­ev­er, con­trary to this agree­ment, Aaron Sel­van con­tact­ed us on April 5, 2023, via What­sApp, assist­ed by Ken­neth Rus­sell. We were informed that both devices had been sold to a third par­ty with­out our knowl­edge or con­sent. This trans­ac­tion was done under the name of their own com­pa­ny. The jus­ti­fi­ca­tion pro­vid­ed was the set­tle­ment of a sup­posed ‘per­son­al debt,’ which is irrel­e­vant to the mat­ter at hand and to our busi­ness operations.

Legal Steps:

We have tak­en imme­di­ate legal action and filed a police report. We also have gath­ered evi­dence to sup­port our case.

• The elec­tron­ic devices in ques­tion are under the own­er­ship of Mat Pi Stu­dio, and as the sole own­er, only Mat Pi Stu­dio has the author­i­ty to dis­pose of or sell these items.

• The rea­son pro­vid­ed for this unau­tho­rized sale is unre­lat­ed to the busi­ness and sole­ly per­tains to per­son­al mat­ters, mak­ing it an invalid jus­ti­fi­ca­tion for the action taken.

We main­tain that the actions tak­en by Aaron Sel­van and Ken­neth Rus­sell are unau­tho­rized and uneth­i­cal, and we will pur­sue all avail­able legal avenues to resolve this matter.
